since eating according to the paleo diet allows you to absorb nutrients much more efficiently are you able to eat less than you normally would and stay healthy?

I dont think its the fat or the carbs. I think it is all abouit what your body does with it. Nutrient Partitioning. If you eat more fat, you burn more fat. If you eat more carbs, you burn more carbs. All calories get stored as fat one way or... (more)

OMG, so many places in TO are meat-centric and locally-sourced these days. You could cobble together a Paleo meal pretty much anywhere. The Black Hoof on Dundas is a must-try for nose-to-tail dining.

You might want to consider trying Prescript Assist first. It's a "soil-based organisms" pre/probiotic. Not as cheap as dirt, but likely safer. (more)
