I believe you should cook potatoes. I cook my veggies, except for when I am eating a salad, because I digest them better that way.

I definitely think you're eating too few calories, especially since you want to gain mass. I eat paleo with low Carb high fat and I also have the trouble of consuming to few calories since I feel so full all the time, but for me it sometimes help... (more)
