I was there in the same place once. Looking back I think the advice I would give, if you were serious about going paleo, is to go slowly. Make the changes to diet slowly. Check out the feedback your body will give you.

At 25.7 BMI why do you NEED to lose weight? This is slightly overweight, not morbid obesity, and not enough to raise any health concerns. Don't obsess over it and drift back into disordered eating. Just figure out how to maintain.

A disorder would be if paleo made you socially isolated or malnourished (like many raw vegans or macrobiotics). If you aren't an asshole about being paleo and you eat plenty of good paleo food, you don't have to worry.
