I think for me, when I go to a party and there's nothing but chips and processed crap. Or when working and I forget to pack a lunch and there's nothing healthy places in the area. How about you guys?

What's wrong with a kebab? Even if the meat isn't in its original structure, I never knew a kebab to be anything other than meat and seasonings, possibly marinated in yogurt depending on the kebab.

Barbecue. You can get a plate of brisket, sauce on the side, skip the fries (which are likely fried in veg. oil) and the slice of bread, and use your own discretion on the pickle. (this is BBQ served Kansas City style, btw - YMMV).
