Ok,let's say you're eating out and everything available to you has some sort of Paleo-No-No in it. Soy, Sugar, Grain, etc. When it comes down to decision time, is there a lesser of evils?

What is the most paleo dessert when eating out? What desserts are guaranteed to have no wheat/gluten? E.g. mousse, creme brulees, cheesecake fillings?
