It sounds like you're on a prednisone taper over the course of 6 days. Since this is such a small dose and for such a short period you really don't have too much to worry about. Just for reference, there are folks out there taking upwards of 120... (more)

We don't need a lot of fiber, contrary to popular belief. It could be too much fat at once. A lot of fat in one meal (especially coconut oil) can cause digestive issues until she gets used to it. Also, Google FODMAPS.

Butter and fish oil won't give you the same level of cognitive boost as pharmaceuticals in the short term. If you are interested in short term performance enhancement modafinil or any amphetamine (think adderall) would be a good place to start.... (more)

I take lamictal for seizures / bipolar mainly seizures. I was curious if it would cause any psychological issues or if I would have horrible side effects. This is the only thing I am worried about happening if I start paleo. (more)
