Its possible you need Magnesium. There are lots of threads on dosing and types. Also, how about stopping the Glutamine and see what happens (why are you taking it?) Good luck

If you are overdoing it in the sauna then simply cut back on the sauna sessions. Healthy living is not supposed to be about overdoing things.

My son was born with one kidney (unilateral renal agenesis) and we've not been advised anything in regards to his diet - sodium or protein. We've only been advised to limit his participation in winter sports (skiing, hockey, etc).

I don't get them unless I go under 15g/CHO/d for more than 2 days. Salt, bone broth and meat broths help me. Magnesium, more water and stretching, too.

In general, you pee out the extra. However, you're taking a lot of sodium in with these types of drinks. That can affect your blood pressure negatively.
