Do you know if you're okay with wheat, or is it possible wheat is part of your problem? I have a long yo-yo history so I've been overweight/obese more than I've been lean. Needless to say, even on easygoing paleo I feel the best ever. I don't... (more)

Mind: Calm, I can do math better. I feel smarter in ketosis, but I also feel more happy and in-tune with Mother Nature. Body: I only need 5 hours of sleep max and I feel "naturally energetic." Cut the caffeine out COMPLETELY and go into ketosis... (more)

Dutchie, If you truly drink alcohol because of emotional reasons, you probably need to quit and stay quit. If you do you will experience life on life's terms. When you drink to handle emotions you simply stunt your emotional growth and cannot... (more)
