The suspected acid deficiency and the empty feeling could very much be an H.Pylori infection. Please have it checked out (Stool test by ur doc) because this problem you're describing is exactly how my problems started. Until I got rid off... (more)

I do most of my runs, lifts, and sprints on an empty stomach. You will not loose muscle by exercising in a fasted state. It is far more important what you do after your exercise. Get enough protein, get enough food, get enough sleep! (more)
