Apart from breathing, drinking water, and a stroll in nature, daily anything is a bad idea, in my opinion.

I just looked the archives and found a word I was not familiar with: "enema." I was grossed out when I discovered what exactly this is. Anybody else think so or is it actually a revolting but useful thing? To me it just seems cringe-worthy.

If anyone is using an enema it is for a very good reason. It is not "gross" as you put it, because when an enema is needed it's not administered for fun. It's not (or shouldn't) be used for a simple "cleanse". It is a serious way of relief, and... (more)

Just my n=1-- Only people who are seriously constipated or who are being prepped for surgery need to have an enema. They should not be done on a maintenance-type schedule (ie "cleansing"). All you do is end up flushing out a lot of the good... (more)
