There are none. Simply because if you are from England you should spell it "Palaeo" rather than the Americanised "Paleo". I've been on the VLC waggon for 18 months (since catching the diaetes), doing Paleo for the past 6 months. I don't really... (more)

Don't know about coconut but these people have the most amazing raw butter/cream, and even deliver it! and these people have fantastic meat delivery (more)
