Maybe it's just the latest Paleo fad but I'm going with - Consult your physician, or a neurologist. Shaky hands could be anything from hypothermia to a brain tumor. (IT'SSSS NOT A TUUUUMOR)

For what it's worth, you may want to look into replacing some of that grass-fed beef with oily fish. You've got the sardines on there, which could cover your omega-3 requirements, but you could also replace some of the beef with fish and get... (more)

Could you get all the essential vitamins and minerals and be in good health with only 10 foods. What is truly necessary?

I probably eat less than 10 foods anyways... eggs, meat (ground beef or ground bison), liver, spinach, broccoli, sweet potatoes, berries, butter, sardines, avocados.... That's everything I eat holy cow I only eat 10 foods! lol
