I would say this is a moot point - all of two essential fatty acids (ALA and LA) are going to likely be eaten alongside SFAs in nature. If they are not eaten alongside SFAs from one meal, then it's still safe to say they will be eaten with plenty... (more)

Cholesterol in food does not equal cholesterol in the blood. If her cholesterol is high she probably has a lot of inflammation, and she NEEDS the fat to heal.
