Working out fasted is indeed your best bet.  You could also look at doing some CT as well.  Ideal would be to work out fasted while wearing an ice vest as this forces you to burn a lot of fuel quicker.   You could also skip the... (more)

Eat a giant sweet potato bathed in butter... Seriously though eat some carbs!!! HF/LC can cause high levels of cortisol. Paleo is not low carb.

People are not the same. The BMR needs of everyone who is 5'9" an 175 lbs will be wildly different. The BMR that they present is an average. Best way to identify your caloric load is to eat when hungry and see whether you gain/loose weight. (more)

I've been down this road. For me, heavy exercise while fighting a viral infection ended me up in the hospital. I'd recommend against it and get in to see your doctor. You might need antivirals. (Although, I had some success with just lots... (more)
