if you have a 4 pack, it means the last row of abs are still covered by fat. get leaner. if you get below 10% bodyfat and still have a four pack, your abs are just shaped that way. some people have 8, some have 6 some have 4...that's just how... (more)

Inability to sweat can be a sign of hypothyroidism, but hopefully that is not what your sweatlessness (is that even a word?) is about.
