i have been here, dont do a mile run, start with one quarter mile and build. i did this and was up to ten miles per day at one time.

Adrenal fatigue seems to be one viable explanation for these symptoms if you can't get enough sleep and you're always tired. Thanks for bringing this up.

Maybe a higher than usual insulin spike (and subsequent blood sugar drop) due to the casein? Or perhaps you are sensitive to aflatoxin?

Some of your symptoms, such as the anxiety and fatigue, indicate a thyroid problem. Have you had it checked? Large amounts of cruciferous vegetables can exacerbate a hypoactive thyroid.
