Ive thought about switching and trying a Paleo diet for a long time now , but I don't know if I can afford it. All the food seems better quality and it seems that itll be impossible to eat enough. Can anyone in a similar situation help?

I personally don't sweat the grass fed business, I can't afford all that either. I buy various roasts and cheap steaks, lots of eggs and frozen veggies, so I eat cheap, and i'm still a ton healthier than if I ate bread and sugar and crap.

Buy a scoby and make your own, much more cost effective especially if you're drinking 4-bottles a day. Not sure where you live but they're pretty available in New York, you can buy online, or make your own - many good links on the intertubes... (more)
