Just say no. Seriously gradually switch to paleo. If you do it over the course of 2-3 weeks you will have no issue adjusting. If you do not, you're much more likely to suffer serious digestive upset. Ketogenic is not a necessity either. I'd advise... (more)

yes, supplement with copper. picolinate is always the superior zinc, use that.

I usually do 17-18 minute miles walking 10 miles/day. If I go to 15 minutes I feel like I'm speedwalking, and am more comfortable jogging.

no doubt you will lose fat, and the more you move during the fast the more you lose go for it, experiment! I personally have done an 8day and a 9day fast and it is difficult. I do one day fasts but not long fasts anymore.

Not sure what your purpose in fasting is, but if it is to lose body fat & therefore detox and if you don't want to lose muscle mass, make it a protein-modified fast by adding in some lean meat. Gentle walking for 20-30 min daily. (more)
