Just say no. Seriously gradually switch to paleo. If you do it over the course of 2-3 weeks you will have no issue adjusting. If you do not, you're much more likely to suffer serious digestive upset. Ketogenic is not a necessity either. I'd advise... (more)

yes, supplement with copper. picolinate is always the superior zinc, use that.

"Light-headed" is due to low blood glucose levels, not low sodium levels.

Two part question! It seems that most people's appetite changes when under stress. I don't think binge eating or fasting is optimal, but our bodies or minds tend to go one way or the other as a reaction to higher-than-usual amounts of stress.... (more)

Smelling food is part of the cephalic phase of digestion and will prime the body to receive food by initisting gastric acid release. So no it won't help fasting and it is why you probably feel like eating when you smell delicious food.
