I get this feeling whenever I skip a meal I've been eating daily for a while. It feels really good and all I can say about it is that because it's such a positive feeling, I believe I should fast more often.

If you are eating well and exercising regularly, then you will not need any cleanse but if you are not following any diet then you should cleanse your system once in month atleast.

eat whatever you want, all diets are templates to start from. unless ofcourse someone is standing behind you with a gun. its not like if you have a french fry from mcdonalds you are going to drop dead or gain 50 lbs.
