i i am 26 years old male and 73 kgs of and 6 feet height and my whole body is very slim apart from this my face is thin and duped cheeks and it looks very week and odd can any body help me

That does seem like alot of fasting over a week, especially for a woman. I have had great results with a 24hr fast once a week, but found doing it more often really effected my cycle. Perhaps some experimenting with days will help?

Not to be rude, but you post like everyday obsessing over your weight. If you want health and vitality, stick with Paleo. You might gain a little. If so, it was your body's way of telling you that needed to happen. I promise, you won't get "fat"... (more)
