Not to be rude, but you post like everyday obsessing over your weight. If you want health and vitality, stick with Paleo. You might gain a little. If so, it was your body's way of telling you that needed to happen. I promise, you won't get "fat"... (more)

That does seem like alot of fasting over a week, especially for a woman. I have had great results with a 24hr fast once a week, but found doing it more often really effected my cycle. Perhaps some experimenting with days will help?
