Lower carb = less need for sleep. In ketosis I can get away with 5 hours of sleep. That would never happen if I raised my carb intake past ketosis.

If you are choosing sweet potato or rice, then yes you should limit the amount of fat otherwise you'll eat too many calories. You can't be simultaneously "high starch and high fat" or else you'll just end up overeating on cals. You can be high... (more)

Try another type of fat. Perhaps lots of olive oil on your salads. Lard in your veggies. Ghee?
