I have found that for me it depends on what kind of carbs and fats I am eating. If i eat a lot of coconut oil and coconut cream I lose weight like crazy. That stuff is insanely thermogenic in my body, I literally heat up and feel my body burning... (more)

I think having whole food sources of fats is usually enough, avocados, nuts, meat, fish, eggs etc... and then a bit of added olive oil as it's proven to be pretty healthy stuff, eating loads of added fats isn't the wisest... (more)
