Is 1 jar of almond butter (18 oz) per week a good measure?

I tried cutting back a while ago to 2 small tbsp. a day but I feel my body does better with more fat- I don't eat many carbs (maybe an acorn squash a day/ 1/2 banana on heavy WO days). How much AB do you normally go through per week? Thanks :)

That's quite a bit of n6 in there. If you're trying to gain weight, I suppose it's fine, but you'd need to raise your fish intake.

I used to eat 3-5 Tbsps a day of AB, I cut that back to zero for a few months and now I eat a few tbsps a week. It became too addictive and weight gaining for me. If weight isn't an issue I see no reason to fear the AB. It is a good source of Vit E as well as other benefits.

Im my house, just two adults, a jar of AButter lasts at least two months. But those roasted almonds dont last nearly that long. That's why I tend not to buy them, too easy to over consume.

There a better sources of better fats than AButter for consumption at 2.5 oz per day.

Maybe a pound (16 ounces) over a month or two. A pound plus of nuts a week is too much in my opinion. I certainly wouldn't make nuts a dietary staple, definitely not processed nuts.
