Hi! Has anyone tried the "Sixpackshortcuts" methods from http://sixpackshortcuts.com ? It sounds a bit overhyped and has a smell of scam imho ;) Experience, anyone?

Is your body selective about which fat to burn first. Stored fat vs the fat you've consumed that day. Or do we know?

If you eat or take MCT oil, either from coconut oil or MCT oil, these Medium Chain Oils are immediately turned to energy, so it is a good quick source. Other fats seem to be consumed after carbs are transformed into energy.

Chronic stress could be as bad as chronic carbs. Both lead to the same output - elevated cortisol, a stress hormone. Acute stress is beneficial as much as acute carbs.
