I have to say beets (Dwight Schrute would love me). Both the root and the greens. I love them roasted, but nothing beats (har har) a salad of beet greens with pickled beets on top.

Anyone who says the paleo diet is too restricting is plain wrong. I've been exposed to more wonderful foods now since I don't eat grains. My new favorite food is aged Gouda cheese. It is pure bliss to bite into.
