You do realize that if the cows are pastured and free range, there is a 100% chance that they are eating wheat and other grains/seeds of grasses when in season, right? Advice: stop worrying about this so much.

After a short trip to FLorida I definitely noticed a difference between the grass fed beef in the southeast compared to the southwest, perhaps its all the rainfall and green grass in the Southeast? Regardless Id like to continue to get it from... (more)

I can't find 100% grass fed cows' milk in or around Charlotte NC. I can't even find any store that will special order it. Not Whole Foods and not Earth Fare. Any suggestions? Thank you.

I went grocery shopping at whole foods today for grass fed and finished beef. I couldn't find anything that said specifically "grass-fed" in the meat section. All I found was vegatarian diet. Is this the same?

I dont have any preferences when it comes to brands, because I think in Norway the cows are raised in pretty much the same way all over. Ecological brands may be better though. Im not sure how much the cows are fed grain in Norway in winter time.... (more)

If the price is right and the pigs are humanely raised, I'd go for it. Pigs aren't grass-eaters, I believe they just kinda eat whatever they find; it would probably be pretty tough to find affordable pork that feeds exclusively on forage.
