Personally I prefer to think of Paleo as a lifestyle, which, yes, includes how I eat.</p>
<p>I also liked the reminder that, by comparison, paleo is easy to stick with. It's personal. It's simple. It has good support. etc. So plus one for that.</p>

Again the main points were flexibility and personalizing your food mix to your needs and vulnerabilities.</p>
<p>I thought it was fine although not powerful for me personally.</p>

It's how I eat and that won't change depending on vocabulary!</p>
<p>Perhaps useful to people new to Paleo who assume it's a fad diet, but I didn't learn anything from this talk. </p>
