Basically hunks of meat, chicken, or fish on a skewer.

All well and good until Thursday night when I'm pretty sure the ground beef and salmon kebabs I ordered were somehow bad. It's three days later and I'm still afraid to eat.

I'm just trying to think of a way I can start eating again without it coming back out one way or another so quickly.

(I could continue fasting, but three days is a little much!)
http://paleohacks.com/questions/10631/food-poisoning-help/10632#10632 Answer by Bread-Eating Beelzebub for Food poisoning- help! I learned about the pumpkin from a dog trainer, who told me to use it when my dog was sick. I tried it on myself and it really stops things from passing through you. I usually mix the pumpkin with the stock as a soup. Bananas and applesauce are part of the BRAT(Bananas Rice Applesauce Toast) protocol my mother always followed when us kids were sick. I threw out the rice and toast. Bananas and applesauce work fine.
http://paleohacks.com/questions/10631/food-poisoning-help/10636#10636 Answer by Eva for Food poisoning- help! I do find personally, somewhat counterintuitively, that simple egg dishes like scrambled egg or omelettes, are easy on my stomach
