What on earth do I do with fish stock? - PaleoHacks.com most recent 30 from http://paleohacks.com 2013-06-18T04:41:03Z http://paleohacks.com/feeds/question/106943 http://www.creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/2.5/rdf http://paleohacks.com/questions/106943/what-on-earth-do-i-do-with-fish-stock What on earth do I do with fish stock? jj 2012-03-23T17:05:52Z 2012-10-18T17:22:01Z
Last week I took my 3 year old with me to the market and he insisted he wanted the "fish with eyes" for dinner. So I cooked a whole fish (not as bad as I expected). Left with some bones and a head, I did what I always do with bones and made stock. So... now I've got about 3 cups of a nice strong fish stock and I have no idea what I'd use it for. And unlike chicken stock, it doesn't seem like the kind of thing I can sip out of a coffee cup. Any ideas? Someone have a good paleo clam chowder maybe???

EDIT: Nevermind, closing it. I guess I missed a very similar question from 2 days ago.
http://paleohacks.com/questions/106943/what-on-earth-do-i-do-with-fish-stock/138235#138235 Answer by lostgoonie for What on earth do I do with fish stock? lostgoonie 2012-07-25T20:53:51Z 2012-07-25T20:53:51Z
Adding Lime and Ginger to it will make it quite drinkable!
http://paleohacks.com/questions/106943/what-on-earth-do-i-do-with-fish-stock/141634#141634 Answer by thhq for What on earth do I do with fish stock? thhq 2012-08-08T21:56:19Z 2012-08-08T21:56:19Z
I made a kind of gravy out of salmon fish stock. The strong fishy smell wasn't noticeable as it cooked with stir fried duck, onions, garlic and sausage but it a richer sauce.
