Does anyone have any creative uses for bone broth now that the warmer months are imminent?

I love using it in soups and stews all fall/winter/spring. I'm making another right now with a combo of turkey and beef. But I feel like I seasonally adjust away from these in favor of grilled veggies and salads, but I'm bummed about missing out on the benefits of bone broths.

I'm not one who drinks the stuff, so I certainly won't drink it cold either. But...I dunno...a beef bone broth aspic?

Should go great on almost anything. You can add pretty much any ingredients for additional flavour. It'll taste even better if you brown the bones before making your broth.

This spring I've also started making plain/unflavored jello just using bone broth and gelatin, it makes a nice, mild, cool snack. It's also helping shred off the last few stubborn vanity pounds, it's very satiating.
