Last night I had a few Ceasers: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caesar_(cocktail). Similar to a bloody mary and very popular here in Canada. Anyway, I recently started a continuous kombucha brew and last night I added a couple of ounces of it into my drink. It didn't really change the taste much and I may start adding it evertime. Does anyone else add fermented beverages,(kombucha, kefir, kvass) with alcohol? Do you think it may be beneficial while drinking alcohol seeing as it's already slightly alcoholic?
http://paleohacks.com/questions/124782/kombucha-and-vodka/137956#137956 Answer by boochgirl for Kombucha and Vodka boochgirl 2012-07-24T20:44:52Z 2012-07-24T20:44:52Z
yes! boochtini's..lol!
http://paleohacks.com/questions/124782/kombucha-and-vodka/141478#141478 Answer by Mambo for Kombucha and Vodka Mambo 2012-08-08T04:36:57Z 2012-08-08T04:36:57Z
I dont' add alcohol but I add some carbonated mineral water to dilute my kombucha, which is way too strong. I used to drink kombucha straight but it tastes so much better whem mixed with some fizz.
http://paleohacks.com/questions/124782/kombucha-and-vodka/181462#181462 Answer by Allan for Kombucha and Vodka Allan 2013-02-23T20:26:18Z 2013-02-23T20:26:18Z
Alternative option: kombucha beer, made in Ypsilanti, MI where I work.

http://unityvibrationkombucha.com/verify.php?redirect=/kombucha-beer.php
http://paleohacks.com/questions/124782/kombucha-and-vodka/184373#184373 Answer by Jen for Kombucha and Vodka Jen 2013-03-10T04:19:57Z 2013-03-10T04:19:57Z
Some vodkas are grain-free/gluten-free (Ciroc is made from grapes).
