I usualy have a few drinks on friday nights after a long work week. Last night I had a few Ceasers: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Caesar_(cocktail). Similar to a bloody mary and very popular here in Canada. Anyway, I recently started a continuous kombucha brew and last night I added a couple of ounces of it into my drink. It didn't really change the taste much and I may start adding it evertime. Does anyone else add fermented beverages,(kombucha, kefir, kvass) with alcohol? Do you think it may be beneficial while drinking alcohol seeing as it's already slightly alcoholic?

I used to drink kombucha straight but it tastes so much better whem mixed with some fizz.
