<p>Has anyone remineralized their teeth with Cod liver oil and GF Butter? Hoping to avoid a filling for my daughter. I think I may have remineralized my tooth with my diet. I believe in Ramiel Nagel. I believe it is about diet. Anyone else have any stories?</p>

<p>After I started taking fermented cod liver oil and butter oil, I strongly believe it contributed to the remineralization of my teeth. Before, there was noticeable decay and sensitivity for certain teeth. After a month or so with the fclo/bo, the sensitivity had significantly decreased, and the decaying stopped and possibly reversed a little. Although it's difficult to tell whether or not the fclo/bo was the main reason for this, I think it's definitely worth trying before getting cavities filled.</p>

<p>I used to have sensitive teeth for over a decade. I would notice the after eating apples, oranges, grapes or pretty much any fruit with acid in it. Whenever I brushed my teeth afterwards there would be pain in spots as the bristles, of the toothbrush, went over those spots. I had resorted to using the sensitive teeth toothpastes to dull the nerves in my teeth. </p> <p>I eventually stopped using fluoridated toothpastes and now just brush my teeth with Dr. Bronner's soap. HINT: It has no glycerine.</p> <p>I also take two to three cod liver oil/butter oil tablets per day and within a month or two the pain in my teeth went away. I can now eat fruit without any pain!</p> <p>This improvement was before I went semi-paleo. Now I have gone mostly paleo as well.</p>

<p>Agree diet it huge. I don't know but the oil treatment but I've remineralized borderline cavities a couple times with this stuff called MI Paste. Obviously it ain't paleo but it really works, and I only use it occassionally . Haven't needed a filling since 2007.</p>

<p>I am bad at telling if my teeth is remineralized, but I definitely stopped getting cavities once I went paleo. I also began using a lot of butter, goat milk, and cod liver oil the time I went paleo.</p>
