I also take some before I'm going out for a night of drinking to lessen some of the oncoming liver damage.

You can use it for non-diet purposes as:

-Personal lubricant

-Guitar string/squeaky door hinge lubricant

-Face and body moisturizer

-Hair conditioner. Gets rid of dandruff and certain fungal infections. Natural alternative to ketoconazole.

-Use it on your pets to keep critters away
http://paleohacks.com/questions/134210/how-do-you-use-coconut-oil/134217#134217 Answer by Henry for How do you use coconut oil? Chris 2012-07-11T12:11:35Z 2012-07-11T12:11:35Z
I eat a spoonful in the morning or before I go to workout. I add it to my coffee, but I find that it just sits on top and makes every sip taste kind of greasy and I get oil all over my lips instead of in my mouth. Drinking it out of a travel mug with a lid fixes that issue.

The easiest way I think to add it to your diet is to just eat it by the spoonful. If you don't like the taste or texture just chase it with the drink of your choice.
http://paleohacks.com/questions/134210/how-do-you-use-coconut-oil/134296#134296 Answer by Matt for How do you use coconut oil?
