Not a fan.
http://paleohacks.com/questions/139601/has-anyone-tried-paleo-bread/139612#139612 Answer by tripvin for Has anyone tried Paleo Bread? tripvin 2012-07-31T17:50:21Z 2012-07-31T17:50:21Z
Still waiting also. At some point the USDA will step in and attempt to define "paleo" for labeling purposes and we'll have to call this lifestyle something else, cause you now they will f it up.
http://paleohacks.com/questions/139601/has-anyone-tried-paleo-bread/139621#139621 Answer by VB for Has anyone tried Paleo Bread? We all have Neolithic foods at least once a month or every six months. So for those people who get a sudden bread craving - this might be it. I would not make it a staple though.

I also want to say it was a very very cool idea to develop Paleo bread. Like if you are planning a party for those of your friends who are not Paleo - that would be perfect. Also, if somebody is trying to transition and is having difficulties quitting SAD cold turkey. And for all those kids who are not Paleo, but are grain-free because of their autoimmune issues. If they bring a Paleo sandwich to school, they will "fit in" more.

So... neat idea!
http://paleohacks.com/questions/139601/has-anyone-tried-paleo-bread/139623#139623 Answer by Kristen for Has anyone tried Paleo Bread? The texture is a little off on both the almond & the coconut loaves, and I'm really not a fan of the coconut bread flavor. Even though this is so convenient I think I will just keep making my own. More cost effective & I only have it occasionally as a treat anyway.

Check your bread as soon as you receive it though, a friend also purchased 1 loaf of each & both of hers were moldy by the time they were delivered.
http://paleohacks.com/questions/139601/has-anyone-tried-paleo-bread/139632#139632 Answer by Matt for Has anyone tried Paleo Bread? Matt 2012-07-31T19:33:28Z 2012-07-31T19:33:28Z
Don't think of it as bread, think of it as a nut-butter & egg loaf. I pointed out in the previous thread on the subject, Richard Nikoley did some playing around with the already published paleo bread recipes, read about it here: http://freetheanimal.com/2012/07/fat-bread-third-times-the-charm-mission-accomplished.html

I made a tahini loaf and it was quite good: bruschetta, SB&J, grilled cheese, bread pudding... all darn tasty!

I particularly like it because it gets some folks' paleo hackles up.
http://paleohacks.com/questions/139601/has-anyone-tried-paleo-bread/139863#139863 Answer by Livia for Has anyone tried Paleo Bread? Livia 2012-08-01T18:47:41Z 2012-08-01T18:47:41Z
I do like the paleo bread. I agree, it took a long time to get to me, and I'm only 1 state away. Do not expect it to taste like SAD bread, but it EXTREMELY convenient, and it has also had a positive effect on the weight loss goals I am going for. I have one slice with breakfast, spread with butter or cream cheese (I eat dairy) and some good bacon. Sometimes, you just want a food transportation mechanism, like for your tomato slices and such, and the bread is great for that. The ingredients are all paleo.
