Has anyone tried ConcenTrace Trace Mineral Drops? So many people raved about the positive effects of this supplement at the Amazon site, but it has left my mouth with the strangest taste -- almost like a film on my tongue somewhat reminiscent of the taste in the mouth that first accompanies ketosis. I haven't even gotten close to the recommended amount to mix with my water. Am I crazy or could a mineral supplement produce this effect?

I was using them and switched to bone broth and mineral rich foods instead. I did add them to broth for awhile and they were much more palatable. Could not do it in water. Salty broth masks the taste better.

I've used ten a good half of my life. They're disgusting but effective.

Looking at the label, it is basically a salt solution made from salt from the great salt lake inthe US. I don't mind salt so the taste doesn't bother me which is like very faint sea water (in a good way). If the taste is too strong, just mix it with more water.

I have not notied any health improvements yet, though i don't feel quite as depleted after a brutal morning crossfit workout where i sweated buckets.

I love the taste- gives it a sort of milky/ mineral taste IMO. Find the water hard to choke down in its natural (chlorinated/ fluoridated) state otherwise. Once acidently took a sip of the straight drops -> rancid horrible strong taste.

When found by the right producer you should feel positive effects.

given that i eat a decent amount of sardines and almonds, i don't need to put more than such amount in a shake (and ruin the flavor).

i've noticed a difference since i started taking it post workout, perhaps it's psychological, in terms of how my muscles feel post work out and recovery time. my 2 centavos, may not work for everybody (particularly if you're not really deficient prior to supplementation).

if you eat white rice, try putting a few drops in the water you cook the rice in. see how that goes.

cheers.
