Hope your well?
I was wondering what is everyone favourite or most effective pre workout meal before they train?
I usually stick to chicken breast and fruit.
But just looking at what everyone else has?
Thanks Neal

The fructose inhibits fat burning as it will be used for energy during your workout. Swap them out for chicken breast and some carrot sticks. </p>
