<p>What are you guys eating as far as protein goes? I've been building more fish into my diet trying to eat at least one meal every other day. I've cut most chicken and have been working off a a Beef/Fish combo with some Bacon in the mornings. I eat two eggs everyday for breakfast. I was just curious as to how other people are setting up their meals weekly.</p>

<p>Breakfasts: Macadamias and walnuts and almond milk with a few blueberries
Bacon & free range chicken & tomato and aged cheese
Beef, tomato and carrot stew that I make in batches.</p>
<p>Then for dinner ATM: its mutton, salmon, beef, chicken. Introducing some more pig this coming week. Fortunately theres some good free-range stuff available.</p>
<p>Would love to add some game stuff like venison, duck and rabbit too occasionally, but practicality disallows right now.</p>
<p>I am not doing any eggs ATM. Occasionally ill have a can of tuna too, but I try to avoid snacking generally.</p>

I'm really into Intermittent Fasting right now, so breakfast is easy...coffee.</p>
<p>I won't usually eat until 5 or 6 PM, then I'll eat about a pound of meat (either ground beef, steak, shredded roast, etc.) a vegetable of some sort, then about 2 ounces of hard aged cheese.</p>
<p>So far so good, and it keeps things really simple, which is probably the best part.</p>
