<p>Don't ask me why, but I ate about 10 prunes two weeks ago. Sort of the mindless snacking that can happen in moments of weakness.</p> <p>Needless to say, the next 36 hours were an adventure, but it's now been almost two weeks and I'm still have intestinal issues. Is this normal? I've been strict Paleo for over 4 months, so I was thinking the fiber bomb was the issue, but after a week, I started to wonder if something else was going on.</p> <p>It's a sudden, sharp cramping that necessitates moving to a bathroom with a sense of urgency. Well, now you've learned your lesson and won't be doing that again. :)</p> <p>Best to go easy on your system for a while... bone broths, home made yogurt/kefir/kombucha/kraut, maybe some jerky to help hold in some moisture.</p> <p>Be sure to get plenty of minerals with your water and keep rehydrating.</p>

<p>That's weird. I kind of want to say that that's not normal for your digestion to be wonky a week later. But it is possible for some. You could have consumed some kind of mold. </p> <p>I would stay away from all fiber for a bit and do GAPS intro for a week. </p>
