<p>I recently started IF and love it. I feel like i have tons of energy during the day. I train at 11:00 and eat my first meal at about two. I still have a small whey shake post workout however. Wondering who likes to carb refeed postworkout or wait until night? I love how carbs at night help me sleep but i also feel like when i eat 150 g of carbs postworkout I would build the most muscle.

<p>Try to determine the minimum amount of carbs that you need to help you sleep.</p>

<p>Rest days same thing just no carbs higher fat.</p>
<p>PWO carbs feel awesome. Evening carbs help sleep. Why pick one or the other?</p>
