I just love this. I have a few relatives who live there and i encounter it about once-twice a year, not too bad but i regret if i don't eat it since it's rare.

2) An indian delicacy called rabri. This a dessert made with milk and bread. One of my favorites. There's only a specific type of this I love from a certain part in india. So i encounter it once maybe twice a year and yet again i feel the need to eat it.

For the time being these are the only 2 things i can think of, there might be more. Secretly i have a fat boy hiding inside me :)

Let's hear it guys, what makes you say F*** PALEO?

Disclaimer I don't think i am restricting myself on the paleo lifestyle, if it sounds that way. It's been a year and i love it. Real food tastes so much better.
http://paleohacks.com/questions/148016/f-paleo-bring-on-the/148018#148018 Answer by ancestral_stars for F*** PALEO! Luckily, it's mostly blueberries and just a little cobbler topping. I follow the Perfect Health Diet which is primal, so I have my sweet potatoes, rice and potatoes and dairy too, which helps me a lot. Fruit helps too. And I follow their recommended supplements. The PHD believes cravings are minimized when nutrients are met. I've found this seems to be true. I can almost always resist the donuts, muffins, cupcakes and cookies at work; sometimes if I'm really missing goodies, I'll just have a baker's unsweetened chocolate square instead.
http://paleohacks.com/questions/148016/f-paleo-bring-on-the/148024#148024 Answer by Miriam for F*** PALEO! Lou Malnati's Pizza, butter crust with the sausage patty bottom layer. I've been back to the city to see family a few times but never gone where I would have been in an area to have some for lunch. Used to be a requirement everytime I went home, now I'm more Eh to it.

I don't know what it is there just isn't anything that has that pull for me. I think about having the following from time to time: -Grandma's homemade biscuits and gravy -Lou Malnati's Pizza -Dipped Italian Beef Sandwich

That's basically it, and if I really want the last one I'll just skip the bread and have the beef and peppers.
http://paleohacks.com/questions/148016/f-paleo-bring-on-the/148065#148065 Answer by meta for F*** PALEO! It's not that I have better willpower, self-control or self-discipline that anyone else, it is I have just lost all interest in any food that is not 'pure' for a better word. Here is one of my dirty little SAD secrets lol, I used to LOVE A&W onion rings dipped in A&W gravy, mmmmmmmmmmmmm was soooo good, but now the mere thought just makes me ponder 'how could i ever have eaten that'. I am addicted to the crunch and texture of the toppings, so I'll usually get about 2 oz, just enough to cover the bottom of the cups (the cups they give you are HUGE!) and load on the nuts.

I'll find myself craving other things, like pizza or tiramisu, but not enough to actually consume them.
