<p>I have read the website and he claims that it is good for glucose control so I am intrigued. I would like to hear from any diabetic women that have done this protocol and what your experience has been. I have also heard that IF is not necessarily good for women and so would like your take on this. It would be great to hear from post menopausal women since we do have different hormonal reactions, too. </p>
