<p>Been using Neuromag (Magnesium L-threonate) for a while now.</p> <p><strong>Pro:</strong></p> <ol> <li><p>Better Sleep.</p></li> <li><p>Clearer thinking.</p></li> <li><p>Less anxiety.</p></li> </ol> <p><strong>Con:</strong></p> <ol> <li><p>Price.</p></li> <li><p>Same digestive issues that I get with all other oral magnesium, despite their claim otherwise.</p></li> </ol> <p>All in all I'm happy with it. I couple this supplement with weekly Epsom salt baths since Magnesium L-threonate doesn't appear to raise blood levels of magnesium significantly. </p>
