<p>There's a difference between well-founded avoidance of wheat/gluten and blanket one-size-fits-all bans on wheat/gluten. I think most folks here avoid (or not avoid) gluten for the right reasons. I think the diet book crowd probably avoids it for the wrong reasons. </p>

<p>In all seriousness, grains (Bread products in particular, so yes gluten/wheat) make me fart. I work in a small confined room with 4 other people too so I am not very popular when i do occasionally give in and order a pizza.</p> <p>So its not me who is afraid it is my colleagues. </p>
