Does it mean a higher lipid and glucose circulation in blood stream after a meal, as the body can not store considerable amount of energy in fat cells? Or it can be stored as Glycogen in lever and muscle tissue?
http://paleohacks.com/questions/149785/does-small-body-fat-percentage-value-mean-circulation-of-more-lipid-in-blood-stre/149792#149792 Answer by CD for Does small body fat percentage value mean circulation of more lipid in blood stream? It has nothing to do with whether and to what extent you can store body fat (take it from me I went from 35% to 10% bf. I can definitely store more than I currently have). Loosing weight has been correlated to higher lipid circulation, but that ends when the weight loss ends.
