But, I never have cramps, gas, diarrhea, etc...
http://paleohacks.com/questions/150539/do-i-have-gluten-sensitivity/150553#150553 Answer by BasenjiBabe for Do I have gluten sensitivity? Also, I have found upping my avocado intake and supplimenting with fermented cod liver oil really helped my skin issues.
http://paleohacks.com/questions/150539/do-i-have-gluten-sensitivity/150570#150570 Answer by Matt for Do I have gluten sensitivity? Elimination diet over a period of weeks will give you hints. You probably need at least a couple weeks for skin to clear up before making the call. And then you'd ideally reintroduce it to see if there's an effect.
http://paleohacks.com/questions/150539/do-i-have-gluten-sensitivity/150574#150574 Answer by VB for Do I have gluten sensitivity? If you go to a doctor, he will be able to tell you.

Do you think it is somehow connected to your diet?

I think you should go to a dermatologist or a general practitioner or a naturopath. Just be very careful about the drugs they give you - I was once prescribed an antibiotic for ... dry skin!

As for gluten sensitivity. For me personally - I did not have any GI issues at all. I only had an extreme fatigue that was not connected to food (or it was very hard to establish the connection since I had some gluten with every meal).

The easiest way to figure out whether you are gluten intolerant or not is to be on a gluten-free dairy-free (and even grain-free) diet (possibly Autoimmune Paleo) for a good month or even more.

After that (this is the worst part) pick a day and load yourself with gluten - pasta, pizza, everything. If you feel horrible after ingesting gluten, you are definitely gluten sensitive. If not, you are not gluten-intolerant.

This is the method I learned from Terry Wahls but personally I never had to load up on carbs. I started feeling much better without gluten so I could feel my body was responding well to a gluten free diet.

Also, even if you are not gluten intolerant, I would still stick with either grain-free Paleo or the Perfect Health Diet (gluten-free). It is just better for your health in the long run.
