Do they lose effectiveness or conflict with each other by dumping all down my throat within a 5 minute period?

Thanks,
http://paleohacks.com/questions/151229/take-with-food/151237#151237 Answer by booyainyoface for Take with food... booyainyoface 2012-09-22T05:46:52Z 2012-09-22T05:46:52Z
the multi has both fat and water soluble vitamins in it (A,D,E,K)... hence why your D says take with food.

that the rest say take with food to avoid the chance of feeling sick due to taking them on an empty stomach. i usually puke if i take a multi in the morning.
http://paleohacks.com/questions/151229/take-with-food/151250#151250 Answer by daz for Take with food... daz 2012-09-22T07:21:37Z 2012-09-22T07:21:37Z
Some probiotic products and some enzymes products will actually say to take 'on an empty stomach'.

As i say, some, not all, so check what the instructions say on the bottle.
http://paleohacks.com/questions/151229/take-with-food/151312#151312 Answer by MiMintzer for Take with food... MiMintzer 2012-09-22T16:53:36Z 2012-09-22T16:53:36Z
Fat soluble vitamins and supplements should ideally be taken with a fatty meal for best absorption. Multivitamins are best absorbed on an empty stomach but often they can cause an upset stomach. If so, then it's ok to take them with food. I would take the enzymes before a meal so they can do their job (break down proteins) and the probiotic should probably be taken on an empty stomach or with a light meal so that they can stick to your gut.

Like daz said, follow the instructions on the bottle.
