He also throws up from eating avocados, which is about the best vegetarian source of fat I can think of. I'm wondering what high-protein and/or high-fat vegetarian food sources you would recommend that I could get him closer to Paleo?
http://paleohacks.com/questions/151386/if-theres-no-way-to-convince-a-vegetarian-to-give-it-up-how-could-this-person-g/151387#151387 Answer by BoneBrothFast for If there's no way to convince a vegetarian to give it up, how could this person get closer to Paleo? People's grandmas and great grandmas didn't eat those things. Cook with real ghee and follow all traditional methods. If he's not Indian, I bet it's much the same for any traditional vegetarian diet. Just follow the traditional methods and skip the refined flours, sugar and vegetable oils.
http://paleohacks.com/questions/151386/if-theres-no-way-to-convince-a-vegetarian-to-give-it-up-how-could-this-person-g/151395#151395 Answer by Matt for If there's no way to convince a vegetarian to give it up, how could this person get closer to Paleo?
