<p>I know that a lot of times we on paleohacks describe our problems and ask for hacks on how to solve them. Well what is the ideal, the typical and normal day that we should strive for. Can anyone who has gone from health problems to healthful describe their day and how they feel throughout? I always find it helpful to compare pathology to healthful reality, so any help/anecdotes is greatly appreciated!</p>
