<p>Hi all, I am looking for the most nutritious paleo foods that are reasonably priced, require little to no prep time, and will fill all of my vitamin/mineral needs. Easy digestion is also a must I am not keen on dried or frozen foods. Lastly, I am not looking to eat massive amounts of vegetables and don't like leafy greens much.</p>
<p>Some foods that I been considering include raw egg yolks, milk/kefir, creamed coconut, salmon sashimi, and raw liver.</p>
<p>What other convenient, fast-prep foods would you add to this list in order to achieve optimal nutrition. Also, what are you thoughts on not eating much fruits and vegetables and basing a diet around animal foods and coconut.</p>

Enjoy participating in preparing food and knowing its delicious and good for you. Taking shortcuts and being too caught up with fast living instead of actually experiencing life is what got most people in the SAD problem in the first place.</p>
<p>None of the aforementioned foods will satisfy your nutrition needs in a vacuum or combined, but they do meet your restrictive criteria. </p>
