<p>I have a Terra root veggie chip dependency. I know they are not Paleo as they are fried in grain oil. </p> <p>Found these at the health food store today e.com/products/chips.html. They are done in Palm Oil with no other ingredients because the veggies and salt. I can't recall if Palm Oil is okay - is it Palm Kernel oil that's the bad one? </p> <p>I guess I just just break down one of these days and learn how to make them. </p>
