For cancer... A paleo cancer victim needs to starve it of sugar and all sugar products regardless of the form. There are many sugars that are hidden in plain site in the packaged food we eat. Any label that has an ingredient ending in ...ose...such as dextrose or maltose is a sugar. And that includes most carbohydrates including wheat products and corn products...which convert directly to sugar in the gut...being that carbs are really a string of sugar molecules strung together or bonded together. This also includes fruit. There are some that dispute that fruit feeds a cancer. I have a friend...not a vegan...that beat her breast cancer by juicing veggies. I don't think it was the juicing...I think it was the elimination of sugar that did it.
